Technical Traineeship

Calculate the big stairwells for Shell's new offshore platform? Along with a senior project leader, manage one of our international projects? Working a period abroad with one of our sales managers? Do you want to work with the assembly of a helideck? This is all possible with the Bayards technical traineeship, where you can develop yourself in the fields of engineering, manufacturing and managing in an international environment. We call this the Bayards Aluminum Technical Traineeship, or BATT.
 

The program

The Technical Traineeship consists of a two-year program with four periods, where you can trace the Bayards width as a trainee. You will be employed in the Engineering, Production Management, Project Management and Sales department, with assignments and by working together. A period abroad can be an option. Throughout the traineeship, you will be accompanied by a manager, a mentor at the management level and a program manager.


We ask

• You are available as of September 1, 2019;
• You graduated from a technical education (HTS / WO) such as mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, engineering or civil engineering, towards constructions no more than two years ago;
• Your command of both the Dutch and English language in word and writing is excellent:
• You are motivated, have ambition, affinity with the industry / manufacturing industry and want to develop in width:
• You your own transport.
