OUR HISTORY

In 1963, Jacobus Johannes Bayards laid the foundation of what we now know as Bayards Aluminium Constructies B.V. It all started with a small workshop dedicated to the construction of both aluminium and stainless steel in the village of Nieuw-Lekkerland.

Based on the banks of the river Lek, Bayards kept on growing, and started to take its first steps across the border. The projects that came in also grew, as did the markets Bayards was operating in. We started focusing solely on aluminium and over five decades later, Bayards has turned into an internationally recognized household name as manufacturer of complex aluminium structures.

Nowadays we have large production and assembly facilities in Nieuw-Lekkerland, Dintelmond and IJsselmonde where our experienced team works on high-quality solutions in aluminium on a daily basis. The state-of-the-art machinery and highly skilled labor combined with 15 sales offices worldwide makes Bayards the perfect partner for complex aluminium structures in any industry, anywhere in the world.
